What others say...

Janine Kubert
PAYMENTS Design MANAGER - WELLS FARGO

We’ve been lucky to have Bruce as a Senior Interaction Designer on the Digital Payments team! He is a great thought partner, and understands how to take complex business and technical requirements and turn them into clean, elegant designs that delight customers.

Bruce excels at articulating design decisions to business and technology partners, and highlighting the benefits for the customer. He is also fun to work with, and is always respectful and supportive of others on the team. Bruce would be a valuable asset to any design group, and I’m looking forward to working with him more.

Kevin Brindley
VP PX Operations - LPL Financial

Bruce is a solid and reliable Interaction Designer and Project Lead. I was lucky to work with Bruce on a project early on during my time with Wells Fargo’s DXD team. Bruce is a strong advocate for delivering the best customer experiences possible and always places the user first in his work.

He was regularly available to answer questions, willing to discuss details of a flow, and did a terrific job of leading our XD team and our product partners. Beyond his talent and skill,

Bruce is a voice of reason and brings a calming approach and style to every project. Always smiling, always positive, and always willing to collaborate, I truly enjoyed working with Bruce.

Richard M. Charette
Chief of Staff - Digital Research & Strategy - Wells Fargo

I had the pleasure to work with Bruce while he was working in the Experience Design (XD) group at Wells Fargo. Bruce is a seasoned, mature, well-rounded user experience design professional. Design is exciting; there is a lot of energy around design thinking. But where mature designers distinguish themselves is in mastering that design energy, and ground it around data, reason, and rationale.

What I love about working with Bruce is that he fully represents that design energy and maturity. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about designing the best experiences, he also connects extremely well with his partners and stakeholders, Bruce is also one of the easiest professional to work with. His integrity, honesty, candor, and personality makes him someone who constantly want to work with. I feel extremely lucky I got to work with him, and blessed to know him as a human.

VP Product Design LeaD - Wells Fargo

If two words could be used to describe Bruce Goldinger, it would be “Exceptional Leader”. Even though I didn’t work under him, I’ve heard that he is a creative, strategic and tactical manager.

He communicates well with all stakeholders and creates an atmosphere where every idea is welcome, discussed and appreciated. I know Bruce to provide strategies for his team so each associate can be successful, and actively contribute to the overall vision. His conflict resolution skills are proven.

He is calm under fire and his ability to think “big picture” while still showing attention to detail is what makes him someone you definitely want leading big multi-faceted projects. I cannot praise his team-leading abilities enough, simply put, he knows what he’s doing. Years of true talent and experience, that will continue to inspire creative teams no matter where he leads.

Kumar Sudhanshu
UX Designer - Merchant Services - Wells Fargo

I couldn’t have asked for a better manager than Bruce, who was my manager for around 3 years. I very much enjoyed working with him on Merchant Services projects. He led the Merchant services product design team to consistently exceed performance.

In an industry known for being hard-charging, Bruce broke the mould and created an environment where everyone felt supported and heard. He is an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills that enable them to build strong relationships with their team and stakeholders.

He sets realistic goals and gives reasonable deadlines to complete those goals. Plus, he is a good listener and always pays attention to the details.

He is highly skilled in user experience design and pays meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all his designs are of the highest quality.

Bruce consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, effectively managing cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Bruce was mentoring and giving the right direction to team members, boosting team morale, boosting employee retention, delegating tasks, and ensuring team members satisfaction. These qualities stand him out to a good design manager and leader.

I would welcome the opportunity to work with him again. If you ever have the chance to work for Bruce, I’d wholeheartedly recommend that you take it. Anyone would be lucky to work with a true leader like him. I thank my lucky stars I had Bruce to learn the ropes from.

Gene Baker
Vice President, Chief Architect AND Development Manager - Wells Fargo

I have been fortunate enough to have Bruce work on my team for the past several years. I can always depend on Bruce to deliver creative results of high quality. Bruce always makes his deadlines and is seen as the go to person for User Interface / Screen Design / HTML work.

Not only does Bruce do a great job with his assignments, but he always finds time to help mentor the junior members of the team.

Most recently, Bruce has worked on our highest profile project and has exceeded all expecations!
