Projects
Wire Money
Based upon data we received the Cross Borders Online Wire (CBOW) users were dropping out of the Send Wire and Add Recipient flows in large numbers. The analysis was determined that the user wants to explore sending money quickly and easily to find the fees, transfer limits, and exchange rates before sending a wire. The existing Send Wire flow was long and required too many interactions to find out their primary financial needs. This led to the user becoming frustrated and leaving the experience before they completed the required task(s). In addition, the Add Recipient flow was difficult, requiring data input requirements that were complex, confusing, and hard to complete.
MOBILE DEPOSIT
In this UX Case Study, we explored the design process and user experience considerations behind the development of the Mobile Deposit project. With the rise of digital banking and the increasing demand for convenient and efficient solutions, Mobile Deposit serves as a pivotal tool in modern banking applications. This study explores the challenges faced, the methodologies employed, and the insights gained throughout the design journey. From conceptualization to implementation, we examine how user-centered design principles were applied to create a seamless and intuitive experience for users looking to deposit checks using their mobile devices.
Bill Pay - DESKTOP
The current Bill Pay (Desktop/Tablet) interface represented a rebranded version of our legacy product, originally developed years ago using jQuery libraries. This older iteration no longer aligned with modern standards and user expectations. As part of our ongoing transition to the React framework for our online banking platform, we seized the opportunity to revamp the Bill Pay experience. The updated version now offers a centralized multi-payment hub and delivers a cohesive, responsive, and contemporary user experience across various devices.
Mobile Deposit Browser Experience
The customer, currently is used to managing their finances online through our Online Banking (OLB) browser platform without the need for the mobile app, encounters a challenge when attempting to deposit a physical check using their smartphone. Despite signing on to the OLB via their browser bookmark, they find that the Online Deposit option is not readily available in the menu. Faced with this obstacle, the user navigates through five pages before eventually realizing the need to download the app to be able to deposit a check.
ONBOARDING DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
